How to Prepare for Your Sauna

  • Come without makeup, SPF or anti perspirant (this will reduce your body’s ability to sweat out toxins) 

  • Don’t eat a large meal prior to your sauna appointment

  • Adequate hydration is essential (before, during your session and after)

  • If you are using the sauna for metabolism support coming to us after you have exercised will help you to burn more calories.

What to Bring

  • Water (with electrolytes if you want an added boost)

  • Towel and/or a small hand towel for extra sweat

  • Bathers or crop bra, shorts

  • Loose fitting clothing for afterwards
