How to Prepare for Your Sauna

Come without makeup, SPF or anti perspirant (this will reduce your body’s ability to sweat out toxins)

Don’t eat a large meal prior to your sauna appointment

Adequate hydration is essential (before, during your session and after)

If you are using the sauna for metabolism support coming to us after you have exercised will help you to burn more calories.
What to Bring

Water (with electrolytes if you want an added boost)

Towel and/or a small hand towel for extra sweat
-
Bathers or crop bra, shorts
-
Loose fitting clothing for afterwards
